Due Date Reminder mobile application is specifically built to provide various tax compliance due dates reminders to its users and their clients. Any information collected in doing so is used for intended purposes only. We are not using this information to sell to someone else for advertising, marketing or any other purposes. We have presumed that by using and utilising contents of application you have read, understood and given positive consent to all the details of privacy policy mentioned therein.
We only collect the information that we actually need to serve users. Information such as Name, Mobile number, Email Id etc is used for signing the application which is important for registration which in turn is used for providing various reminders in relation to Due dates, updates, SMS balance, Payment notifications etc. We store your name and contact information, but we won’t store debit/credit card numbers (except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways).
Personal and sensitive user data includes, but isn't limited to, personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS and call related data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data. We are committed to limit the use of this personal and sensitive user data of you or your clients other than for its intended use such as for sending messages/emails/calls, for collecting payments and managing profiles. We also assure that we will not share/sell any of the user data to anyone else.
We will use your contact information to provide the services to create your client’s details, maintain your profile, create and delete records of your clients, SMS/call and Payment details, and also to monitor any unauthorized access/activity in your profile/ login. We also wish to state that we have right to delete users’ who take undue advantage or misuse the services of this application without our prior approval. We may use this to communicate with you about our current as well as future services/products you're currently using, to use it for customer support requests, for you to give us feedback, and policy updates. We analyze the information we collect to understand user needs and to improve our application, websites and services.
